Spring Hotel Vulcano

Le personnel est accueillant et de bon conseil. La taille des chambres est parfaite et la vue mer sur deux côtés est incroyable.

Stayed in this hotel for 9 nights, b&b as been to las americas before so knew area and it's a great location. Had no issues at all with hotel. Room was quite spacious, stayed in 371, not the greatest view but wasn't fussed. Near a lift and stairs. AC was good enough for the temperature in December (we like it quite cold) Liked the fact the towels were big enough to wrap all the way round yourself! I do feel like the room could have been a little cleaner, especially the bathroom. Breakfast - was great, always had lots of stuff out and actually hot too! Sausages, has browns, variety of eggs, bacon, beans, cereals, variety of yoghurts, fruit and lots of pastries. Juice and tea / coffee stations. Had lunch at hotel next to pool area a few times. Thought reasonably priced for being in hotel and was good too! Pool -  think was heated to start with, after a few days of cloudy and rainy weather, when able to go to pool again, it wasn't heated.. however this was our last day so not sure what happened. Some sunbeds could do with being replaced. Good pool towels! Toilets always clean enough too. Gym - this was the main reason for picking this hotel. There was a lack of AC in it, however we got by without it. Not sure if in hotter weather if they put on the AC? Free weights only went to 10kg, and machines could do with oiling but all in all, great for a hotel gym! Cockroachs - seen a lot of people on here and FB moaning about them. We only had 1 in room, for our full stay and it was the only night we brought back some pizza after a good few drinks!! Did see some outside but that's outside so can't help that!! All in all, would recommend and would go back! I would give 4.5 starts but was either 4 or 5 so went with 5!

Arrived at hotel and reception staff booked us and gave us our glass of Prosecco. Room was 340 over looking pool. On first night we booked through the app for dinner. We were B&B&D, we had to ask waiters how new system worked. There are five meals choice. We got our starter and then waited for staff to take our order…. We then asked waiters to take the order I ordered sea bream and also the steak was ordered. The food arrived cold with over cooked vegetables both meals had obviously sat waiting on the staff to bring down to us. Desert was self service and very nice. We didn’t eat again in hotel until our last night and this time avoided the main and just took the food from buffet. The entertainment was very dull and same most nights. The plus for this hotel is the location and the pool. We were not on Up or Terrace but have been on the Terrace on our April holiday. Over all the hotel is great for B&B avoid extra cost of dinner unless you enjoy cold dinners.

Excellent hotel in prime location, staff very friendly and breakfast a straight 10/10 with a wide variety of choices. Pool area superb with fantastic bar / snack facilities. Only minor points would be the staircase to the second floor needs cleaned more regularly and also needs a coat of paint but this is a minor observation rather than a criticism. Same with pool side tables which need cleaned daily but again not a concern. Already looking to come back next year.

The Spring Vulcano hotel certainly did not disappoint when it came to giving a great time. Rooms cleaned every day, pool cleaned every day, staff brilliant, there's really nothing negative I can say. A big shout to Pedro who found my wallet when it dropped out of my pocket and returned it via the reception. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

My last stay was 2 years ago and there has been so much improvement . UP revamped and has hot food . The staff were friendly and courteous . The main restaurant “plate service “ was very good indeed as not a fan of buffet help yourself . First time as a solo traveller as recently lost my mum and I felt very comfortable in the hotel surroundings and area . Would defo recommend for comfort and location .
